Report a website bug OR see currently known bugs.Something seem out of place with our website? Please describe the bug in detail and how to replicate the issue, and then submit the info to our contact page. Currently known bugs: The video players in the members pages (ex. apachenews.ausd.net/2022/ian-chen), do not consistently show the videos that the respective APN member has worked on. This is due to Youtube Data API's daily quota limits exceeding 10,000 quotas from from our site address. Subsequently the video player will fallback to displaying 'Plane Overhead.' Youtube and Google have not currently provided a solution to the increase the allowed quotas, and we are working on a way to prevent excess data requests from filling the 10,000 allotted. The current solution to this bug is to try searching for your video manually on Youtube, or waiting 24 hours for the quota count to reset for our site.

The video/stream is lagging for me.If you're experiencing issues with video playback, please try the following steps to troubleshoot: Try clearing your browser's cache and restarting it. Please also make sure you are using the latest, up to date version of a supported browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Microsoft Edge, and Samsung Internet Make sure you're on a fast, reliable internet connection. When a video plays in lower than expected quality, it’s likely because your Internet speed (bandwidth) or computer processing speed cannot support higher quality playback If you can, try switching to a different internet or data connection. Manually switch the quality of the video playback to a lower quality. Try browsing in an Incognito or private browsing window. This will disable your extensions and clear your cache and cookies, which often improves performance. If you have any internet filtering devices on your network (ex. Disney Circle or Net Nanny) or content filtering software in place, please turn these off as they can interfere with video playback or connectivity. Once done, close and reopen your browser and try visiting our website again. If you have any other devices to try, sometimes that makes a difference.
